Returns Eligibility

• The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
• The item is returned with original packaging and tags intact
• The return request is made within 7-14 days of receiving the product

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used, washed, or damaged products
• Customized or personalized items
• Sale or clearance items
• Items returned without original packaging

Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Contact our support team with your order number
• Provide clear images of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
• Once approved, you will receive return instructions

Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

International Orders

For worldwide orders, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
